Terms and Conditions
Bookings/Reservations
- Offer will be valid for 24 Hours only and on expiry of 24 Hours offer will be cancelled.
- On expiry, offer can be re-instated subject to rate revision and availability of accommodation/seat/permission etc.
- In certain cases offer will be valid for few hours which will be indicated at the time of communicating the offer.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be credited/paid within 30 working days on receipt of same from Airlines/Hotel/Principal Agents/Govt. Agencies etc.
- Cancellation charges will be applicable on refunds subject to nature of bookings. No refund will be given for “NO SHOW” and unutilised services.
- TDS/TCS will not be refunded in cases where same is paid to Government.
Payment Policy
- All payments to be made via cheque/bank transfer/credit card ONLY to the details and payment link/gateway shared by the company.
- We will not be responsible for any payments made to third party or anyone who is not authorised by us.
- After any payments made kindly procure a receipt for the same from us.
Privacy Policy
- We do not store Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank details of any guests.
- Separate payment details are to be provided for each and every bookings/reservations.
- Valid identity proof and travel documents should be provided for each and every booking and same will be shared only with Airlines/Hotels etc. on need to know basis only.
